Dreams - Worcester

We were welcomed by Charlotte very who was very friendly and definitely knew her beds. Charlotte put me and my partner onto the machine which told us which mattress was best for us. And by the end of the visit we bought a bed,mattress, 2 pillows, and a mattress protector, headboard. Thank you Charlotte you was outstanding.

Staff were great, they were explaining how personality was a big part of recruitment rather than sales experience and i really liked that. We were looked after very well by veing offered drinks and not pressured whilst looking

The assistant was helpful without being to pushy. He asked his manager if we could get a better deal on assembly of the two bed frames that we ordered.

We was looking for mattress nearly one month but we didn't know which mattress are good for us When we visit dream shop dream staff was very help full (Georgia) , was 15 minte left to shop close and she straight way when we come to shop start assisting us and we find right mattress 😀

Georgio approached quickly and politely. She engaged the help of colleagues in bringing up image of alternative product on desktop to compare with image on plasma screen. COVID-19 precautions evident. All staff met were friendly and attentive - polite and professional without being insincere. Product knowledge was excellent and in-store mattress selector facility helpful.

James was extremely friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable

James from the Worcester dreams was very welcoming as we entered the store. I explained my arthritis was widespread he was sympathetic and explained the different matresses. He didn't push for me to go to an expensive mattress James was knowledgeable about the products. James could see that we were cold when we walked in so made us a hot drink which I was thankful for. Very courteous, polite and we were left to make our minds up but was also very helpful. Masks worn at all times. I'm so pleased we came to dreams as the service we received was 100% we will Definately be coming back when I save up for my single mattress. James also helped us as we wanted a double bed to go with our mattress which he kindly assisted us with. This guy ought to do the training of staff how to treat customers he truly was a very nice young man. Kind Regards Sue imms
