Liked the knowledge and approach of the sales assistant. The analysis of our sleeping position was interesting but didn’t really seem to contribute much - but interesting.

attentive but not pushy and went out of her way to find the correct product which was online and not instore

Charlotte was absolutely lovely and could not have done more for us. She was very customer focused.

We were greeted by Charlotte as soon as we entered who helped us during our visit. She recommended we use the bed machine so she could match the correct mattress to suit our needs. We had our baby son with us and she kept him entertained while we were having the analysis. We were shown 5 mattress options and her product knowledge was great. We felt confident we were in good hands

The assistant was quick to identify our needs. Was welcoming to us and the children. He made sure he kept them entertained whilst we were making an important decision about what to buy and what would meet both of our needs in a new king sized mattress. I was offered water and the boys had a great time colouring in. They were super delighted with the childrens bed time story books.

I was highly impressed with the customer service. He talked us through everything and explained the machine that gave us guidance on what was the best mattress for our needs. His name was James from the Worcester branch

Fantastic service from start to finish from Adam the manager in Worcester. We were given so much information and advice and his knowledge was second to none. We were offered drinks and even though the store was very busy we were given his undivided attention. Definitely One of our best ‘shopping’ experiences.
