The colleague was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, he gave pros and cons for each of the 3 choices. I made my selection and then asked for 0% finance which was sorted out quickly and arranged a delivery date for a Saturday, he also arranged for the old mattress to be collected at the same time. Due to the Covid restrictions I have been waiting to get a new mattress arranged for ages, now I am looking forward to sleeping a lot better and being less grumpy due to broken sleep.

Got assistance in finding what was the best option for me as I am allergic to dust. I was advised to go for the wood bed instead of the material one. They accept what I planned to pay straight and established a financial plan for the remaining amount due.

The staff were really helpful and took the time to explain about the range of products, also really put us at ease as regards to delivery dates & times etc

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

Sales assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store had a good atmosphere and was clean and bright. I actually enjoyed the experience of being measured for my perfect mattress and trying all the different ones out. The assistant stayed with us the whole time and made notes on the ones we liked so we could keep track. We were given a drink while we sorted out the order and everything was explained in detail. Very happy with the service we received by Vic.

Friendly staff explained all different beds and options , didn't feel pressured to purchase anything so we could shop at ease ,we choose the items we wanted talked us thought all the he options and extra cover to suit what we wanted the staff member was very knowledgeable and I was surprised he hadn't long start that's a credit to manger and training so we were fully satisfied and felt we had been treated right.
