The sales person was extremely helpful and friendly. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they listened to all of our needs to come up with exactly what we needed. Excellent service!!!

Chris was very friendly & attentive, after using the 'bed assessor' he discussed different options available for both mattress & bed base in different price ranges. He altered the heating as it was too warm in the shop & also offered hot or cold drink while we were being served. Cold water in a bottle was perfect. He gave me space to think about things and was patient & gave good guidance. A bit of banter and a sense of humour go along way! :)

Ryan was helpful, good active listening skills, engaged well with us. Gave us plenty of time to explore products available. Did not feel rushed and did not feel pressured to complete a sale. We were offered refreshments throughout our time in store and the who process was a positive experience and because of how Ryan was with us lead to us purchasing a bed that at the start of our journey was not in the picture.

Customer service was very good. Quickly identified what I needed. And showed me what was within my budget. And even offered to help me to the vehicle with my purchase
