Felt very safe and clean. A lot of cleaning products/sanitizer around the store. Assistant was very helpful

Very helpful, friendly staff. Good range of mattresses which we were able to try and enabled us to choose the right mattress for us.

We had visited the Cannock dreams shop where we we were left standing waiting for someone to attend to us, we already knew what bed we wanted but had a few questions, we waited patiently while the person working there dealt with customers already in the store when we arrived, however after 15 minutes of waiting and nobody even acknowledged us for the next lot of customers to come into store and be served right away we decided to leave as the lack of customer service was shocking. We knew we wanted a bed from Dreams although we did consider going elsewhere after the lack of service we decided to give it one last chance at Wednesfield dreams where we got the service we wanted.

Staff member was welcoming but not obtrusive, available for information but not pushy. The whole process was clear and efficient.
