Dreams - Wolverhampton

On entering the store I was greeted by a sales person asking if I needed any help, once I explained my needs I was escorted to relevant examples to try out, my questions were answered confidently and helped to make a decision easy. At the till I was offered a tea or coffee and asked to sit while payment was made. On completion of payment an offer of help carrying my memory foam mattress to the car was made for which I declined but thanked him for the offer. I have used Dreams before and I have again had a trouble free and pleasant experience with the store.

No pressure in buying, left to look at the different beds at our discretion, then ordered with ease.

Knew what we wanted and the assistant listen and made the sale so easy . No pressure sales which was good .

Staff were friendly and mostly knowledgeable (not the newer guy, I knew more from reading up on the website than he did!) James was very knowledgeable, friendly and I’m glad we popped into store. The website suggested no adjustable beds were available in store to view. This was not the case and it was only chance my carer & I went into the store at we were going to travel much further to another store based on the websites information

Ryan the retail assistant was very good with his options given to us. He was confident and polite. Plus very interactive with us and our needs. He was overall just brillant and as promised i did say i would give you a very good review enjoy your commission.com lol. Also thank you for the store manager he was very helpful and kind with his knowledge on the beds also thank you for the discount. I appriciate all the time and effort and welcoming service.
