My experience at Dreams was made so pleasant due to the lovely shop assistant Stephanie. Her knowledge and customer service were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and her overall personality and demeanour was just wonderful!

Angelo made the overall experience one to remeber, a very comfortable an deasy purchase, he helped us with the mattress and explained more than once about the beds and the differences between them, He answered all our questions and gave us time to think and decide what we wanted to do. He had all the answers to our questions and gave us more information regarding the warranty and the price and the price drop guarantee. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, definetly go back again to deal with Angelo.

I was greeted as soon as i walked in and shown round a few mattresses as thats what i went in for, Aman did not try to over sell or try and get me to buy a frame aswell, i wasnt pressured into a purchase and i was offered correct advise, freindly staff.

All of the team at Dreams Bentley Bridge in Wolverhampton were first class, friendly but professional, a particular mention to Slim and Angelo. The size of the showroom meant there was an excellent choice on offer, I liked the simple indicators on each mattress of the firmness. The showroom looked inviting from the outside and inside and welcome from the team made the buying experience a pleasure.

Aman was very helpful and his knowledge of the products meant we are certain our purchase is the right one for us. Plus, the coffee was ok.

my visit to dreams at Bentley Bridge was a lovely visit the staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you.The name of the salesman that attended me was Angel. I think I tried every bed in the shop I couldn't have wished for a better salesman. I was in the shop it seemed like hours and he never showed he was getting fed up with me we had a good laugh and he certainly made sure I was satisfied before I left the shop. I was offered a coffee which was very welcome. They deserve a win all stores aren't that helpful.

We were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The assistant brought various pillows for us to try and suggested various mattresses. She was knowledgeable about the products in store and made us aware of our choices. She was not pushy, she explained things well. Great sense of humour.
