The member of staff was attentive and kind. He was also very good with my 5 year old son.

Aman, the Dreams Colleague was very patient with us going round the store looking at mattresses and beds although the bed frame we wanted wasn't in store Aman went the website to confirm the one we wanted. He used the system the identify the right mattress for us and from our feedback moved on until we found the one we wanted. He also advised my wife on a pillow, not selling the most expensive but the best one for her needs. Excellent Service.

The assistant was friendly pleasant knowledge and patient,answered all my questions without hesitation, and did all of this without any pressure. that is a big bonus for me, because i have left many stores when i feel i am being followed around and under pressure.

Angelo and his colleague were excellent help. We were introduced to a bed machine that calculated our ideal mattress's from which we based our purchase. A clear understanding of our budget and whilst showing us other options never pushy with plenty of time to make our own decision. We spent somewhat more than budgeted but feel it was the right time too.

From the moment we went into the shop, everyone was helpful, courteous and knowledgable about the goods on sale.

There was no restriction on the time taken to select purchases and solutions offered by staff were of great value. All aspects were covered when final purchase was made including details of delivery routines.
