We found that the assistance that helped us was very polite , friendly , took time to explain the difference between mattresses that we were looking for , listened to rhe needs we required. All staff were neatly turned out and all were smiling which is very rare at times to see in other stores.

Aman was very helpful. He asked us to try the new sleep match machine to help us with mattresses choices. This was a very good experience. Aman is wonderful person and made us laugh.

The assistant was helpful with my husband's disabilitiy needs and explained fully the benefits of the tempur mattress.

The assistance l received in selecting a bed was exceptional. I am in my 73d year and require a bed that suits my back and hip problems, your assistant Pav was exceptional in her care in providing me with all the information l required.

We didn't have a clue what sort of mattress was suitable for my wife and I and the Dreams experince helped alot. The Sales colleague - Angelo spent alot of time with us to u derstand our needs and also to run through the bed testing machine. He wasn't pushy and we felt he had the perfect level of knowledge and sales technique for us.

The Colleague was extremely helpful, we only went into the store to purchase a bed base, but having spent a couple of hours at the store we ended up buying a mattress, mattress protector, headboard and bed base and two pillows. We only purchased the pillows after the colleague had provided them in order to try out the mattress correctly. At the end of our visit the paperwork was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The colleague who dealt with us was very patient with my wife and I as this kind of purchase is most important when you consider the time spent sleeping. Hence Highly Satisfied.
