Dreams - Wolverhampton

I like the fact that I was never pressured by any of the staff on entry, I was able to go around the store at my own lesuire until I needed assistance. Then as soon as I did Angelo was there to help. I was highly satisfied with the way he treated me and the effort he made to keep my daughter entertained by offer her having a table to colour on while we sorted everything out.

Everything went smoothly and our needs were clearly understood first time

The assistant who dealt with us (Rav) was extremely pleasant and helpful, and had a good knowledge of the products.

Aman was really helpful and supported us to find the perfect mattress, he listened to what sort of mattress we would like and showed us a number of different ones. Aman made the process a lot easier, and we can’t thank him enough

The primary reason I was so highly satisfied was the knowledge and friendliness of the assistant that helped me from the moment I entered the store, it was an absolute pleasure to be advised and assisted by Amanda at Dreams Bentleybridge Wolverhampton, if only all shop assistants were so personable, life would be so much nicer. Coupled with an excellent product line which virtually guarantees satisfaction shopping here is about as good as it gets.
