Dreams - Wolverhampton

Staff were really friendly and helpful both times I visited leading up to my purchase. Me and my family were offered drinks and I wasn't rushed at all when trying to decide what I wanted. Unlike other bed shops I'd been to I didn't feel like I was being pressured or hounded by the staff. The quality of the beds all seemed good and were put together properly, and everything seemed nice and clean.

The attention I received from Amanda at Bentley Bridge was fantastic nothing was too much trouble & even when items were blocked she still managed to find the nearest alternative. Great service great assistant.

I knew what I wanted, explained to the lady who served me and she took control and showed me a variety of options and helped me to choose what was right for me.

I came in 1st a few weeks ago and spoke to Aman when the store was getting refitted. Aman was fantastic even though the store was being refitted and then I came back 2nd time and spoke to Jim as Aman was off but it was closing time so we came back in another day and spoke to Aman. He was great went through everything and made me and partner laugh.

I turned up at the Bently bridge store wolverhampton - dreams as i was interested in getting a tempur matress and new bed frame as mine currently is more than 7 years old. I was surved by Pavinder at the wolverhampton store, she was very helpful and friendly and helped me to choose the right bed for me. Her product knowledge was very good which made the choice of bed/matress easier for me. Thanks again.

Aman was really nice and patient with me and my wife. We never felt pressured he allowed us time to decide, which we thought was great

it was first time independently buying a bed for myself so I was a bit nervous and clueless but the help I got was amazing ! also dreams new technology of testing to see what mattress works for each individual is so great especially if the customer isn't sure or new to buying a bed.
