A very helpful discussion and identification of my needs

Time was taken to help me reach a decision

My wife and myself went out on a shopping trip to purchase a new mattress for our double bed. We went in to our local Dreams store at Bentley Bridge in Wednesfield. Thats when the shopping trip turned into a shopping experience of the highest quality. We went into the store and started looking at beds, my wife was talking to one of the assistants and he came over to us. From that moment on we knew we were in good hands,his name was Angelo,he was a cheery looking man and he started to talk mattresses. His knowledge was invaluable he pointed us in the direction of the mattress that best suited our needs. He even answered two questions i had not even asked and he was instrumental in us making the purchase that we did. What a great shopping experience how many people can say that. He even found time to make us a lovely cup of tea before we got down to the paperwork. He went through all the paperwork clearly,sorted our delivery date to what was best for us we even had a couple of minutes to talk grandchildren his and ours,by the way this conversation was instigated by my wife Thank you Angelo. Thank you Dreams.

Made me feel like a person instead of Just a average sale

Slim the store manager was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

this is down to ANGELO mainly our customer service assistant whilst in the wolverhampton bentley bridge store .Angelo was extremely knowledgeable and although when we arrived he was serving another customer he immediately introduced himself and gave a run through of the colour coded products whilst we had a look around he then came and explained in more detail and was extremely helpful his customer service was outstanding he really is a credit to dreams .Overall all staff where friendly and approachable and the store was clean tidy and well laid out .We are extremely happy with our purchase and would definitely return

Staff where friendly and it was quick and easy to purchase the bed we wanted. Extremely happy they could deliver the bed on our moving day
