Angelo was excellent - he really helped us to find what we needed. We didn't feel pressured, he just offered lots of useful advice and suggestions in an unobtrusive way. We felt totally relaxed. He turned something I was dreading into a fun experience. I had previously been into a few other bed shops, walked round and left (one with a salesman trying his best to keep me there). I expected to visit several shops with my husband in tow. However, this was not the case - we got everything sorted in one visit and came out smiling rather than arguing! Angelo was like having a personal shopper - bringing us different pillows to replicate what we had at home and suggesting what beds to try once he had a feel for our requirements. Everything was done at the right pace and everything was fully explained. (ie You can purchase almost any mattress with any bed base - this is something i wouldn't have thought about.) I would rate Angelo's service as 11/10 - I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a bed.

My customer advisor was Amanda Blood, Amanda was very pleasnt and knowledgeable. I was in the store for around an hour and I found Amanda to be engaging and open which made the time go quickly while we did the finance.

I havent bought a mattress for many years. So having everything explained to me in a simple and straightforward manner was just what I needed. There was plenty of choice, beds to lie on and test, a cup of tea, and plenty of explanation with no pressure selling.

Served by slim and Angelo, had an idea what I wanted before I went in slim took Me straight to what I was looking for explained options helped find right mattresses in no time, offered drinks through out. Angelo served me at point of sale, again explained what I needed to know, efficient friendly service.

Steph was extremely friendly, very helpful, took her time going over the various items we were interested in. Left us at times to talk things over and made the ordering process easily explained.

Angelo was helpful, knowledgeable and we genuinely felt he was trying to find the best product for us.
