Dreams - Wolverhampton

The dreams represenative Aman was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He looked at different options with us as we were unsure about what we wanted and advised us about different products to meet our needs. He didn't give us the "hard sell " which would have put us off! We were able to place our order for our preferred delivery date and look forward to receiving our new bed.

I asked for assistance to finding what I wanted and the named person Angelo very kindly showed me what I needed without rushing.

The store had the products we were looking for and the staff spent time allowing us to make our decision what would be most suitable for our needs. They offered a lot of help and advise but ultimately left the choice to us and we did not feel pressured in any way. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and this is all part of the experience and in my opinion this makes a difference to purchasing on that day.

Angelo our assistant was informative and very knowledgeable he left us alone to try the beds providing us with a pillow and a coffee whilst we made or choice nice touch.

The ambience of the store was very inviting and relaxed all the staff were polite and friendly. We were not rushed or persued around the store. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience. When we had chosen our purchases Angelo was very competent and extremely pleasant. We were not left waiting for ages to settle our payment, Angelo was very efficient and friendly. An enjoyable way to spend a Sunday morning.

Surinder (Wolverhampton store) was very attentive and patient on meeting my needs with choosing a mattress. Engaged me with small talks and I felt very comfortable throughout the experience. She also suggested options for me and explained the differences in details. Overall, I will definitely return to dreams for future purchases. :)

James our advisor was one of the best Salespersons we have ever dealt with. We had a quote this morning and was so pleased with the service we had we went back this afternoon and placed the order. He deserves some sort of recognition please.

I was served in store by a man named Angelo, he was really kind and helpful and easy to talk to, pointwd me in all the right directions and showed me the best deals. I met amanda in store and she was really helpful and kind to and she was the one i made the ordwr with over the phone and was an easy process to pay for
