Staff very polite, everything explained. My kids were allowed on beds etc, good coffee from staff to my spouse and I. Very friendly indeed.

there was an issue with the order going through on computer, and tech services couldn't help at the time, Angelo didn't stop the transaction going and wasting our time as we were both at work. He completed the order as a manual order until they could get the issue resolved. We left the store thinking it wouldn't be sorted until the next day, but half an hour later Angelo called saying its all gone through and sorted we would just need to pop in tomorrow to sign. He was confident and handled the situation professionally and quickly.

Friendly and helpful staff quality and price of items purchased

Staff couldn't do enough to help. We're friendly, but not pushy. I didnt feel rushed at any time even though shop was busy. Even had time to make my daughter and myself coffee, and that was going to be our next port of call ! A coffee break ! I think your store was a lovely place to brows on a very cold day. We returned home feeling very happy and satisfied with our purchases, my daughter took home a pillow to help with neck problems, and I had a new mattress coming in December. I had also purchased a pillow which was very firm, I thought it would be the right one for me. Wrong !! Took it back unused and it was repaced with out quibble , but a smile. 😊 Well done Dreams ! Gold star!!

MADE TO FEEL WELCOME FROM THE MINUTE WE WALKED INTO THE STORE. NO PRESSURE TO BUY ANYTHING, GIVEN MULTIPLE CHOICES OF BEDS TO TRY. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE ALL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL

Slim and Rebecca both worked together to give us the best service and the best price for our purchase. my first time buying a bed and mattress and it was very informative and a good experience.

The salesman "Aman" was very knowledgeable and helpful, in assisting my wife and myself to select the bed best suited for us.
