Very friendly,knowledgeable staff,answered all our questions,gave us time to make our minds up not at all pushy

The help made us feel comfortable nice to talk to he listen to what we had to say as what we required.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were quite decent and after we chose our mattress we found out that it was even lower price than we anticipated.

The sales advisor Aman was great. Gave us time to decide on which mattress to choose after he put us on the sleep machine. He showed us pillows which we gonna buy next time we come back to the store after our holiday. Aman is a really nice person

We knew roughly what we wanted before arriving at the store. so when an assistant asked if he could help it was easier to find what we were looking for.

This was a wonderful shopping experience! I was extremely impressed with the staff, their expertise, professionalism and kindness . The time given to me by the store manager to ensure I purchased a bed that was suitable to my needs was outstanding.

I was served by a gent called Slim, the manager of the store at Bentley bridge Wolverhampton. Very happy with the service he provided, as soon as he was finished with his customer at the time we entered the store he was straight over to offer us help. I had already found the bed frame that I wanted so I knew I needed help with a mattress, which slim helped us with. He helped to narrow it down by price and recommended a suitable mattress for me. Safe to say he knows his stuff and nothing was too much trouble. The level of service that slim and his staff provide in the store is second to none, it’s a shame I can’t say the same thing about a different branch I visited not so long ago. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this branch in particular, and will definitely return in the future.

the staff were very welcoming and offered tea or coffee. I tried a number of beds and pav was very helpful.

Amanda was great! Very friendly and knowledgable. She made us a drink and we sat down and had a nice chat, never felt pressured to buy anything. I’ve been into shops before and been hassled by assistants but never felt like this on this visit, we were able to browse and try out beds and given full attention when we asked for help. She has great customer service skills and is obviously very skilled in her role, a natural. .... say hi to Tilly and the rest of the crazy cat family :D
