Excellent product knowledge and service from Angelo. Didn’t feel pressured into purchasing, took my time trying different mattresses before I made my decision.

James was extremely friendly without being overbearing or a pushy sales person. He had great knowledge of the products and directed me to suitable items depending on my requirements. he was also able to suggest advice on a previous Dreams order to me - to help save me money!

I was greeted by a very friendly assistant who was very knowledgeable about the particular beds I was interested in. I didn't feel pressured in any way about buying a particular bed.

I am happy of the availability of the purchase that met my needs and glad that I came back when the sale was on and appreciate the time Angelo dealt with helping me get what I wanted.

Angelo was the dreams rep who helped me from start to finish. Very nice gent, even offered and made me a coffee! We had time to browse and he was there to offer advise on the products he had obviously noticed we had taken an interest in. Was very happy with this visit to dreams.

Angelo was fantastic with helping us find what the right bed for us was. Allowed us the time we needed to try the beds out without feeling rushed or pressed for time, but was around if we had any questions that needed answering. Made sure he marked the beds we needed to look at based on the results from the bed machine which helped greatly. Fantastic guy to deal with and made the stressful job of bed buying very easy and relaxed - made better by the great coffee!!

Visited the store after looking on the website, pointed at the product, informed about the product, 20 minutes later, ordered and delivery date confirmed.
