Mandy the Colleague at the Store helped me with every aspect I required, offering tea or Coffee if needed. Mandy helped choose the right mattress and pillow for me in only trying out 3 types of mattress, she was professional and courteous at all times.

The Sales assistance gave plenty of advice and guidance in choosing a new mattress, there was no pressure to make a decision, at times he stepped aside whilst we could discuss our thoughts on which mattress we thought best met our needs. We were also offered a drink by another Sales assistant (James) ... probably the best cup of tea every offered to us in a Store

James the Sales Adviser was very helpful, informative and friendly. There was no pressure was allowed to spend as much time as we liked trying the beds and making our decision with the help of James.

James who served us was very respectful and explained everything clearly. He did not talk down to us as most salesmen do as we are pensioners. It seemed a very happy shop. The other two salesmen were also very pleasant. Well done to James.

From start to finish everything was explained fully with attention to detail.Very satisfied.

Well it didn't take long we knew what we wanted aand a member of staff spoke to us soon as we got in . We told him what we wanted very pleasant asked if we wanted tea or coffee which was nice of him . He took us to another member of staff nice polite lad who took our order with in 10 minutes we had bright 2 mattresses and he told us about the extra warranty which we took . Also we took the service which we can have our old mattress taken away which is great .

Adam, the new store manager was exceptionally helpful. The atmosphere in the showroom was friendly and I felt able to fully test the mattresses before making a purchase.

The staff were very help full , but not pushed into anything ,they explained very well about the different beds ,gave us a cup of coffee . Slim was very helpful and spent time with us never rushed us at all , any questions we had were answered thank you for sorting us out Michael Bradley
