The sales person Aman was really helpful. Gave me all the options of mattress and bases. He is a really good asset to the Dreams brand. He made me laugh, his girlfriend is a really lucky girl to have someone like him.

Aman from the Bentley bridge store served us. He was great. My son even got treated to a biscuit and a drink while in store. Service was ace.

We went in to purchase a mattress for my daughter. She had no idea what to go for so we were recommended to use the comfort satisfaction machine by the sales person Angelo He talk us through the whole process and then showed us all the mattresses that would be suitable for her. After spending time on each mattress and with Angelo also picking out a comfy pillow for my daughter to try with the mattresses we made a confident decision that she had picked the perfect one

Very friendly and knowledgeable team at Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton. We were looking to replace a mattress that was originally purchased from this store 8 years ago. We were afforded the time to try out and discuss several options before making our decision. While waiting for the order to be processed, we were offered drinks and treated to biscuits. Although our sales rep, Aman was relatively new, he spent time going over our options and involved his manager when unsure. We would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Thank you.

Angelo was very helpful and great with my 5 year old son. His product knowledge and customer service were fantastic.

We went to dreams to have a look at mattresses and ended up purchasing one. We found the custom very helpful and helped us to try out and lie down on the different types of mattresses in the shop. We are very pleased overall with our purchase and how helpful polite Adam was in talking to us.
