the sales person was very knowledgeable , wasn't overly pushy and was very polite and friendly

The assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgabke on the product. Sorted out the delivery if the product really quickly.

I cannot remember the name of the lady at the wolverhampton store but she was helpful and found me the right product for my needs quickly and efficiently. I was able to take the matress away the same day and was given a 30 trial as well. Very happy

Angelo provided a top class service throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to show us a range of different products that met our needs. Angelo explained the delivery process and care plan very well- there was no question he couldn't answer.

Helpful, understanding and friendly staff

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because of the friendliness and help off the staff. Upon arrival my partner and I were not bombarded by the staff trying to sell, but were approached after a few minuets by asking if we needed help. Adam ( from the Bentley Bridge store ) helped us by showing the range of products there were and tailored it to our needs, he did not push the products but guided us to the right things we needed. He spent a lot of time with us and was patient as we made up our minds. When we sat down to talk about quotes, Slim helped us at this point and we were offered a complimentary drink too. They were honest and explained through the prices for us. We had a very pleasant experience here and will defiantly be reccomending

Angelo greeted us with a friendly smile when we arrived in store then when we were ready he was on hand to help us out, point us in the direction of similar products to try until we were sure about our final choice,all done without high pressure to make a sale. His demeanour made us feel completely comfortable and at ease.

I entered Dreams having no intent to purchase anything that day, just generally browsing. However the gentleman that helped me (Adam) was so kind and enthusiastic in what sort of bed I should had. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything - usually when I visit places like that, I get hounded but it was so relaxed and completely up to me. He was helpful, answered any questions I had about delivery, prices, quality of beds etc and in the end, I was impulsive and wanted to pay then and there! The process of paying was quick and thorough and he made sure I left with all my questions answered and excited for my new bed! Thank you Adam for all your help and good luck in your job!
