When we walked into the store, we were not pestered,but the assistants said if we needed they were avialable. When we needed to ask questions Angelo was there and his knowledge was invaluable, he explained all there was to know about the bed we required, but left enough time and room for us to discuss what to we wanted to do.

Customer service is excellent, staff are friendly and courteous. Beds are of exceptional quality.

I have brought three beds all from the same guy called slim he always helps us pick out amazing bed and mattresses.

Angelo, our sales assistant, was very helpful as he listened to us and answered all of our questions. He wasn't pushy like some salesman so we didn't feel pressured or harassed like you do in some other stores. But he helped and guided us to the bed of our dreams!! I found the store well layed out and the beds well labeled and price very clear. Over all, we had a good and successful experience.

When we first came in to the store, we were met with a smiley face. I explained that on a competitor's advertisement, there is a similar device to our sleepmatch. Mandy explained we have a better version and we were excited. We recognise a mattress is an expensive purchase so were keen to try it out. We were happy with the list of options that came out and identified one that suited our needs. We were particularly happy with Mandy throughout our journey, she listened to our needs - patient, kind, all round excellent service.

Mandy was very friendly and helpful and we were shown a variety of products that met our needs. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the products and shocked when we were offered a drink as not many other department stores offer this service.

Colleague who served us was very pro-active, understood our needs and tailored his service to what we specifically required. He was very friendly, honest about products, and didn't make us feel pressured into purchasing anything we didn't want. Despite arriving at the store near closing hours, he was more than happy to work past closing time to make sure we got the right product. Brilliant service.

The person that dealt with me and partner was very helpful, he took time to explain things to us, set us up on the new machine that matches you to a specific mattress, everything was thorough. We was shown to mattresses that was a match for us let us test them out and explained all the differences between the mattresses. We was spot with everything.
