Dreams - Wolverhampton

We were able to speak to a knowledgeable member of staff who went through the whole buying experience with us. He seemed to know what he was talking about and able to demonstrate to us what we should be looking at and how the mattresses were put together and the types of mattress. The shop was clean and we were able to get what we wanted in one visit. The member of staff was friendly left us time to consider what we wanted to do and wasn't pushy into trying to get a sale.

Thr dales assistant was friendly and ifficient, and seemed to know a lot about the items we were purchases. I have brought bedroom furniture previous from Dreams Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton and each time I have gone into the store the sales assistants have been more than happy to help and their has never been any pressure sales. I would recommend this stor to any protentional new customers

Nothing was too much trouble for the salesperson catering for our needs. Everything was explained in detail to a very high level of knowledge regarding the product and our needs.

I had phoned prevuious day I found a what I wanted a note with my name on the matress. Lay on a bed suggested by a helpful assisrant as possible altern attive. I paid for reserved Doze matresss and was out of r the store in 20mins ... the assistant carried the mattress to the car .. excellent!

The assistant Pav was friendly and polite. Also knowledgeable on all items.
