Very friendly efficiencent service from Store staff Pav helped also by Aman and another lady we were looked after by all 3. Coffee and drinks. Toilet twice with my disabled mom. Pav explained everything fully and was very pleasant throughout. we were not rushed and she even offer the disabled badge holder discounts that we were unaware of. Although the product is expensive and a big investment in sure mom is going to love it. The Tempur pod experience was outstanding and definitely sold the product to me.

We were given prompt and excellent advice about products in store. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the technical support and also the range of products available.

Pav was very knowledgeable about the product without been pushy even though it was close to her home time she explained everything to us and went through all the options she offered us drinks and nothing was any trouble her.
