Pav our assistant made us feel very welcome. She offered us drinks which we kindly excepted and chocolates. She knew all the information I needed about the products and which mattress would be best for me. I’m really looking forward to receiving my new bed and mattress.

We were greeted by Aman. . Who talked about the sleep machine to help with mattress options. We tried the sleep machine, then we show all the options by his colleague rav . Both were fantastic

Excellent customer service - even to the extent of supplying a cup of coffee! We were guided through the process from start to finish by Slim, the Store Manager, who showed patience and gave his unbiassed opinion on the mattresses we were interested in. He was not pushy when making the sale and gave us time to talk things over between ourselves. A most enjoyable experience.

Our salesman, Slim, was highly professional and approachable. He made us relaxed and comfortable. Provided us with good product information without pressure and made the whole experience a pleasure.

Excellent customer service we were listened to and helped straight away. Taken around the store and various mattresses tested and reasons given as to why they were suitable. Never felt pressured into buying.

When I arrived into store I was greeted straight away. I already knew what bed frame I wanted, I just did not have a clue about what mattress I preferred. I was very impressed with the virtual bed experience I was offered. The shop assistant Pav then showed me which mattresses were best suited for me. She was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. Also truthful about what mattresses were the best quality for me and within my price range. When getting down to the paperwork I was offered a drink and felt relaxed. All offers were explained to me. I did go for a finance option and all this was explained in detail too. I left a highly satisfied and very happy.

The staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful. The staff took time to understand what we wanted, matched us with suitable mattresses and made it easy for us to choose the right single mattresses for both us.

The members of staff we highly professional and very very helpful, I never felt I was pushed into anything and they gave me time to browse and try out all the beds and even showed us the digital mattress matcher. Brilliant
