Staff attentive and helpful and not at all "pushy", they answered all questions asked, gave us information we needed and advised that if we needed any more help to re-visit or call them. I returned to place my order after about a week and was again given every assistance, asked if there were any questions I still wanted answered and again I did not feel pressured at any time by your staff. We were greeted on arrival by Tina. She helped us choose the right mattress and bed. Whilst my son was trying out mattresses I was offered a hot drink. We were given plenty of time to select most comfortable mattress. While making the payment other staff were friendly. Happy with delivery date.

We were welcomed into the store by Angelo. He was polite and friendly,asked if he could help. As I am disabled and have specific needs he listened and took straight to the kind of bed we were after. He helped my husband to select the correct bed for my needs.i have cat times been uncomfortable shopping for goods in some shops ,because of my problems but I can assure you that I felt totally at ease . I was treated exceptionally well, it was a pleasure to shop there. Everything was explained to us .
