Dreams - Wolverhampton

Greeted on entrance to the store by very friendly staff. we explained what we was looking for and was taken to a couple of items then we made a choice after lying on bed and suitable pillow. We was offered refreshments ( i had a cup of tea) then our order was completed , paid for and agreed a delivery date .As simple and easy as that !!! Two very happy customers leaving Dreams at Bentley Bridge Wednesfield .

Aman was good. Gave us time to discuss mattress options. Never felt any pressure

Mandy was extremely helpful and made sure she went high and above in the service she provided. We found the right mattress that was the most suitable for us straight away in a matter of minutes. Members of staff in store were very friendly and made you feel very welcome in the store. Would highly recommend.

I think the staff at Bentley bridge need a special mention. Very friendly and helpful, no issues they made me feel comfortable and helped me all the way through the order process. I’d definitely go back again.
