There were various bed options and many mattress to choose from at the store. We were give great levels of customer service.

I was highly satisfied with there costumer service, how knowledgeable they were about the products i wanted to buy they were very costumer centred,I was impressed with the matters analyser and how the offered us a drink and they were very helpful with everything.

We was welcomed when we entered the store, we had out 4 half month old baby and the shop assistant was very welcoming and making sure he was too loud as our little boy was a sleep. He knew a lot about the products and wasn’t pushy towards us! Let us have time to think, he offered us some refreshments. We chose our beds and helped us to the desk by carrying my babies car seat as I was holiday my little boy, he was just brilliant.

The whole experience was relaxed. Aman the sales assistant listened to what we wanted and advised us accordingly. He was never pushy as some sales assistants can be which was a positive. He is a credit to your company.

To be honest with you, we first went to another company to look for best, but it’s nothing compared to Dream. We met the manager called Slim, he is so professional and we were offered a cup of coffee. We never had an experience like this. We did not even realise that you have a person centred approach when dealing with customers.We didn’t even know about the bed which identifies the type of bed which is suitable for us😍 This was a really good experience. Well done Dreams ...... we were given the best payment arrangements!

Has soon as we walked into the store we didn’t feel pressured in any way by the sales team, but at the same time they where very polite. We where assisted by Angelo who was very friendly and had a great knowledge of all the products we where looking at, but at no time did he try topressure us towards the more expensive beds and mattresses. I must admit we where really pleased with the overall experience we received in store, which in this day and age seems very hard to come across very often. Well done dreams keep up the good work. We had our last bed from dreams some 9 years ago and have been very pleased with that bed and how well the mattress lasted.
