Friendly and helpful, didn't rush us. Showed us a variety of beds and mattresses.

I found that the manager Slim was extremely helpful and assisted in a very polite and professional manner. He listened to our needs and was able to provide exactly what was required.

We've been saying for so long we need to go and buy a new bed and I'm so glad we finally have, it was so easy and the staff we're more than helpful. No pushy sales tactics used and we were given enough information for us to be sure we've made the right choice. We were offered a hot drink and the whole process was very relaxed. Staff were very patient with our two young children who were with us and allowed them to sit happily on one of the beds waiting for us without us feeling like we needed to rush. Couldn't be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

The member of staff, Mandy, greeted us as we entered the store and was very friendly and helpful throughout without being pushy. She answered our questions confidently and with assurance. We did not feel pressured to buy. We felt that she was happy to spend the time with us making sure we understood. She offered us a cup of coffee to make our visit less formal.
