The sales advisor was well presented and as my parents first language is punjabi, the salesman fluently spoke to them in Punjabi and he listened to their needs and supplied excellent service 😊

The lady that looked after us was called Pav, she found us as soon as we walked in. We told her our price limit and my problems areas aka. back and my partners bad shoulder. We found the perfect bed and mattress within our price range. After we had bought the bed, we went on the interactive bed where it tells you which one should be best for you, and our mattress came up with extra firm!! I'm so so excited for it to be delivered and now I'm extremely please with Pav and how she looked after us, no pressure and put us as ease. She offered me a drink which I accepted as I have a cold and we had the insurance and the mattress protector with the order, as well as having our old bed taken away for a small extra cost. I'm currently sitting on my sofa with the soft fluffy mattress protector wrapped around me 'dreaming' of the the due date that my new bed will be here. I honestly couldn't be happier. Thank you so so much!!

Amazing advisor, the best quality

My assistant in store was extremely helpful and particularly patient as I am 85 and hard of hearing. So lovely to be treated with respect at my age. Thank you do much.

We went to Dreams only to browse, but ended up taking advantage of the sleep sense as it was available. When we entered we were greeted by Angelo, who was very friendly and helpful, and also very knowledgeable about all the mattress available.
