Aman's overall approach and greeting was friendly without being pushy. Dreams was the first shop that we tried and we did look at three other outlets. We returned as Dreams had everything the other shops did not in service and quality.

Aman spent time understanding our sleeping needs and assissted us using the sleep match machine

Pav was extremely helpful and we were very happy with the level of service we received. We expected a longer wait for delivery and were happy with the offer of construction service.

Slim the assistant was extremely knowledgeable, polite, interested in my needs but wasn't pushy.

I was Highly Satisfied because as soon as I sought help to find the purchase I required I was directed to the correct personnel who offered a hot drink if required and when immediately to get the items I wanted. I felt I was given time I needed to make my visit worthwhile.

Angelo our sales person was very knowledgeable and provided us with his expertise on the various products that were suited to our posture and needs based on the electronic test. He allowed us to make up our own minds and gave us opportunities to try and discuss our purchase privately. He was extremely courteous and made our buying experience a pleasure.

James waited a sensible time before approaching us in he store. we wee impressed by his knoledge of the beds and matressesnad their use for our specific requirements.We could not have been better looke after if we had been royalty!!

Aman approached us asking if we required any assistance. We had been to another store previously and had the same fantastic service from a chap called Chris and would have gone back but we were nearer this branch that day, we new what we wanted so it was a quick visit.
