Staff were friendly and offered us a drink which was nice. They were also very understanding of my needs as I have a disability so there was a lot more to take into consideration when picking out my new bed and mattress

Staff were very knowledgeable and were able to quickly establish what I wanted. This led to me being able to find a suitable bed and place the order.

The sales assistant very polite and knowledgeable regarding the products. Carefully explained all products and wad not pushy in the sale.

Time spent with both members of staff we spoke to. As much time as we wanted to lie on beds. Several pillow options. No sales pressure to switch to a different product to the one that felt right for us. Pillows & duvet included in the price.
