Both Aman and Pav were fantastic. They made us laugh and gave us time to make to discuss never felt pressured into buying which was great to see. Not many sales advisors give you time to discuss. This couple are really good asset to Dreams. Definitely gonna recommend friends and family to come to the Bentley Bridge store. Simply fantastic service

Soon as we walked through the door Angelo made us very welcome and put us at ease.Chose our product and Angelo guided us from there on.Explained everything what we should need and made us a hot drink and left us to think over the choices we needed to make.Excellent assistance throughout.Would certainly go back to Dreams,Bentley Bridge,Wolverhampton and recommend it to family and friends.

I went into Dreams on the 17 June after checking your website and choosing two beds, so I already knew what I wanted, I took my notes with me. I was greeted by a female assistant, we looked at the beds together. I then told her which bed I would like to buy but at the same time I looked at other beds. When she told me how much it would cost and my payment options, I told her I would return the following day as I did not have my debit card. This is when she started to rush me, by saying that the price might not be the same because the price changes on a Tuesday, she offered me other reduction if I made the purchase also as I am not living far away, she suggested that I go and get my card. I told her I would return, She said she would not be there but I told her it was ok because I saw the bed that I wanted. I returned the following day was greeted by Angelo and I got my bed, the same one that I had decided on the day before.

Angelo,our assistant could not do enough for us. He helped us from the time we walked in the store, until we made our purchase, with no hassling us at all. Tea & coffee were offered a few times. He knew his knowledge about everything & explained everything very clearly. Many thanks.
