The person helping us quickly showed us products within our budget and clearly explained all the details and differences between each product. It was nice that we weren't pressured into anything above budget and it was very focused on what we wanted rather than what Dreams wanted to sell (or at least that's how it felt).

I was welcomed my Mandy as soon as I walked into the store. She was very helpful and offered me a drink while I looked around. No high pressure just nice. I was given a discount on one of my items and delivery times was available for the day I needed. We had a laugh and I really enjoyed the mattress assessment. She listened to what I wanted Mandy didn't try to push items on me that I didn't feel I needed. She was fantastic ❤️👍

Was welcomed as soon as I arrived, made to feel at ease the whole way through my experience with dreams. Aman guided me though-out the shop showing me lots of offers and matching up a mattress which was best suited to me via the mattress machine. I was very pleased and I can’t wait for my bed to arrive

I went to bentley bridge retail park and Pav served me very nicely and the store manager Adam was really nice to us they asked if we want any refreshments and they completely helped us in getting a bed at fair price and even gave us a really nice deal.

Very clean, tidy and organised store. Staff very welcoming but not pushy. We were given clear information regarding colour coding systen Dreams use to establish the comfort and support of mattresses available to us. Also we were given a good explanation of how specific mattresses are made and how this helps give the required support needed for a good night's sleep.
