The customer service in the Bently Bridge store was impeccable, It was my second time visiting the store in order to complete a purchase. If it had not been for the great service I had received on my first visit I would not have returned to purchase my item

Having done some research prior to my visit, I found the assistant James to be very knowledgable . He was able to advise me on my requirements and provided additional help when required. He was competent and friendly and I was made to feel a valued customer.

My husband and I were approached by Slim in the Wolverhampton- Bentley Bridge store. He was very welcoming and professional and assisted us in not only finding a bed frame but also a mattress using “Sleep Match”. He was very helpful without being pushy for a sale, he was patient and took time to fully understand our needs and then advise of us of a number of options to suit our budget. We are very pleased with the service we recieved on the day of our visit to Dreams.One of your colleague named Adam was with us from the moment we entered the store till the end.He showed us all the options we could go for.He offered us drinks numerous times.Adam was very friendly.He didnt push us to buy anything we didnt want.Advised us what kind and price of mattresses we should go for ,for our growing young boys and what beds are the best for them.Another colleague named Surinder helped us too.This wasnt the first time we visited Dreams.We had many beds from them in the past which last many years.My family buys beds from here too.I will keep on using dreams in the future too.Dreams are highly recommended to everyone.Thanks once again....

Adam didnt pounce as soon as we walked in. He offered us a drink and took my friend and i through the whole process of buying a mattress explaining the different options. He was courteous, friendly and respectful, not sell sell sell as often is the case.

Mandy was very helpful but not at all pushy. Took her time with us. We we justooking but ended up buying mainly because of her attitude.it was not a pressured sell which we liked. She understood our budget and we tested all the beds after doing the survey on the machine

The store manager was very helpful and polite cup of tea ☕️ was given to us we were made welcome and will tell friends and family to go to your shop if they need beds or mattresses

We came into store a few weeks ago but were not in a position to place an order due to moving house. We were greeted by Mandy and she helped us find the beds we wanted. On Saturday we were in a position to order so after being really impressed with Mandy's help we decided to go back to the Bentley Bridge store. When we entered Mandy remembered us and immediately came over to greet and help us again with our selection. She offered us a drink and put us on the Sleepmatic machine. She was extremely helpful and really helped us make the right decision. A great asset to the store
