Beautiful lady Pav, was a very patient and knowledgeable, pav offered me coffee and cake, because of her amazing customer service I've come back again after a month and brought the same matteress for my wife, flaxby matteress i brought, I would definitely continue to buy from Pav. Very happy lady.

We originally went to the Cannock store to have a look at the bed for our daughter - to see if it was not too big for her. Unfortunately they hadn't got it on display but were really helpful in phoning Wolverhampton and making sure they hd got it on display. When we arrived at Wolverhampton the assistant was really knowledgeable, really helpful and not at all pushy. The store was clean and fresh and the sale was quick and easy, with the delivery being a lot sooner than we expected - great stuff!!
