The worker was able to answer all my questions, explaining each product and took his time to re-explain when I wanted to compare products. He also gave me the time I needed to make up my mind. (I am not the most easiest customer to deal with)

We were looked after by the lovely Angelo. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling, and did everything possible to ensure that we bought the right product for our needs BUT without being in the slightest bit pushy ! He explained delivery options and Dreams 40 night comfort guarantee fully and explained the procedure for removing our old mattress, an extremely useful service for two not-in-the-first-flush-of-youth seniors. All in all, the whole experience was totally stress free, well done Dreams and Angelo !

Fantastic service by pav, I came in to buy a mattress for my daughter but Pav’s service was that exceptional I came back with my husband on the same day and spent more. I will love to come and see pav for my next purchase in purchase. And a free dreams teddy! 😘

Essentially as a result of my father's recent poor health and subsequent diagnosis he is unable to climb stairs hence we are converting an element of the living room to a 'bedroom'. Initially we were seeking a single bed however spotted a sofa bed which he much preferred Mandy (Wolverhampton branch) was absolutely fantastic in all aspects of her customer service ie her manner, patience, knowledge (investigated when was not fully knowledgeable re certain aspects of some products, delivery, discounts, assembly etc), friendliness and reassurance. She also completed the 'computer test' resulting in suggestions for the most suitable mattress. She allowed us ample time and physical space to consider products without pressurising us to purchase (i usually do not purchase when feeling 'forced' by pushy sales staff). We very much appreciated the respect she offered to us particularly my father who is 83 years of age, hard of hearing and rather vulnerable at the moment given his health. I had decided to write a positive review/compliment during our time in the store even before she mentioned the online feedback which she only mentioned as the very last thing before we left the store.

The lady Pav was very helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured during the process. She gave us time to thing to about. Really fantastic service
