Me and my boyfriend would recommend dreams , when we walked in we wasn’t pressured into anything Slim the store manager was very friendly and let us have a looking round without bombarding us. He was very helpful and knew a lot about the products.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and although all three staff members were busy with other customers, they were quick to come and help us as soon as they were free. The colleague (Aman) listened to what we were there for, helped us with the electronic analytic machine to help us choose what firmness of matress we needed, and showed us some options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was patient when we took some time making a decision. Once we had chosen, it was very quick to get the order put through. We were offered a drink, and were advised about matress recycling (which we had planned to ask about but didn't need to) and were offered a good range of delivery dates to suit us, along with a full explanation of what will happen on delivery day. Very good service.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful, we new what we wanted when we walked in as we saw it online. We had lots of extras but with the help of the staff we chose what suited us best

We walked through the doors and so lots of beds and wandered how an earth could we choose a new mattress. After a short look around Angelo came over to us and apologised for his delay in coming to us and said he would be with us shortly. To be honest he delivered a masterclass in customer service and he represented Dreams beautifully. He was great with my mum and catered to her needs. He did not sell to us but he made it possible for my mum to choose the right bed for her. What started as being a little daunting was made really easy by the excellent service we received.

Slim took his time to help us make the right choices in selecting the beds we purchased today, he was very calm and collective in his approach and narrowed down the correct mattresses required for each bed. We even were able to test on a machine the type of mattress which suited us best. Great overall service from start to finish - would highly recommend.
