We were greeted upon entering the store by Aman and he introduced us to sleep match. We never felt pressured, even though the store had closed at 7 and we were still in the store.Aman gave us time to decide. He is sure a pleasant person definitely going to recommend him to friends and family.

Angelo was pleasant, positive yet still professional. He understood my needs and gave me time to think and decide on my own. When i had questions he gave me answers that were to my satisfaction. When he offered more than i needed he wasn't pushy but respectful. Overall a pleasant trip to Dreams at Bentley Bridge!

Sales person PAV friendly but no pushy, was available when we needed answers, we were offered to try the test bed which would give us additional information for our purchase, we were taken to try a number of beds and given detailed information which helped us choose the right bed, there was no pressure in trying to persuade us to buy a particular item, extra purchases made again were made by advise for sales assistant, eg pillows, mattress cover. Very helpful,knowledgeable, staff member.

Pav was extremely good, lovely lady, was very knowledgeable and narrowed it down which we liked to see made our journey easy.
