Excellent service, above and beyond

Knowledge and understanding of type of bed we needed for occasional usage

Pav gave us great service when i brought from dreams before and I’ve come back again to buy from pav and spent just under 4K

Angelo was extremely friendly and went ‘the extra mile’ to help. His colleagues also seemed really friendly :)

Wonderful service from Vic and Slim. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Listened and responded really well to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. We had undivided attention from the moment we arrived until we left the store.

Whilst in store staff who dealt with us, Vic and Slim were very welcoming and extremely helpful. No question was unanswered. Also at no point did we feel like we were being pushed into a purchase as with a lot of other places.

Amazing service found the right pillow for me.

Salesman Angelo was courteous and respectful and very helpful. He explained about the bed, mattress and bedside tables, their quality for money and their suitability for the purpose I was buying them for. He said delivery was not available for approximately 3weeks which was fine for me. I would be notified by e-mail when delivery would be available and I could contact the shop and arrange a day and time. My only disappointment was that there were no matching drawers to go with the bed but that was not Angelo’s fault.
