Aman the store assistant extremely friendly and helpful. Explained all of our options and wasn't at all "pushy" like you sometimes find in these stores.

Sales asst was very welcoming and offered me a cuppa whist I placed my order. He was very polite and did his best to give me as much information as I needed. Very satisfied with the sale of my bed and the after care that he explained was available if needed.

We were really well looked after for all of our visit. We were offered refreshments on arrival by Slim. He demonstrated the machine to help get the correct mattress for my needs. Once I’d decided it was organised quickly . Well done Slim

Made very welcome by Aman, told him what I wanted, and he helped with his knowledge of the beds. Although, the choice was good that the in store system recommended, I went and tried several other mattresses, and chose one that way. All in all, the buying experience was fine.

All staff were very helpful they made us feel at home had a great time while in the store and given plenty of information about the mattresses I would say the service was 5* rated
