Professional approach- courteous staff - Kodey and her manager were extremely helpful and polite - knowledgeable- friendly and attentive - couldn’t ask for more!! Even offered me a cup of tea - nice experience all round thank you Wolverhampton store :)

Went in to Bentley Bridge Wolverhampton store and was served by the branch manager Slim. We went in with little idea what we were after. After a short browse we were apppched he listened carefully to what we after and guided us from there used the dream machine which gave us an insite. As free that Slim showed us to what best suited our individual needs gave is as much time as we needed to find the perfect match. When purchasing the bed frame he showed all options available with the pros and cons. The check out was quick and simple. No the throughout the process did we feel pressured into buying. Very happy with the time spent in store help us out a great deal

We were met by a very friendly and helpful assistant named Kodey who walked us through our purchase and explained the differences of each of the mattress’s we sampled and made us feel relaxed and valued. This service ended with us making a purchase although we had only entered the shop and to view.

Much better experience than I anticipated, plenty of available staff eager to help. And plenty of choice I was offered a drink more than once which was a nice touch. Found exactly what I was looking for at a good price.

Friendly efficient service

The sales representative, Angelo, was very friendly without being pushy. He listened to what we wanted and suggested we tried the mattress selector which we did and it showed us which mattress would be suitable. He then showed us the appropriate mattresses and we found the first one we tried was perfect.

I have rated our overall experience at Dreams Highly Satisfied as the Customer Service was Excellent,really friendly,knowledgeable without being too overpowering!
