James the sales person, could not have been more helpful to my wife and myself. He understood our needs, and explained all the benefits of what he felt would suit us, we tested various mattresses without being pressurised. the store was bright and clean, it was a pleasure to be able to shop to our satisfaction, and come away confident with our order placed. Very pleased.

Staff were friendly and not pushy, they were knowledgable and offered assistance and answered all questions.

Quick, well organised and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Helped carry the storage box to the car.
