I knew exactly what I was after. I was approached by Angelo as soon as I walked in, explained what I was after and he sorted me out the best deal for what I was needing. Whole process was very quick and easy.

The customer service I got of a lovely gentleman called Victor was excellent nothing was to much trouble showed me lots of mattresses and his knowledge of them was excellent He didn’t rush me which was nice I was offered coffee and I did have one I would go back to dreams in the future and I will recommend dreams to family and friends .

As soon as we entered the store, we received a warm welcome. All staff were lovely, offering us warm drinks given the cold weather outside - a kind gesture! Our sleep assistant (Angelo) was fantastic, he provided great advice and after helping to decide on the ideal bed frame we used the bed-match device to find the perfect mattress for me! Can't wait for it to arrive, thank you so much for your help!

We was welcomed and asked if we needed any help as soon as we went into the shop. Which we did as we didn’t know what firmness we needed. Slim the assistant helped us by asking us to lay on the bed that decides what firmness we need then showed us around the shop what was available. Faster deciding on a mattress we placed the order which was quick and efficient and we got a delivery date 1 week from when we placed the order and to be honest we wasn’t expecting to get it this side of Xmas so we are pleased with that.

Such a helpful pleasant friendly assistant to deal with would highly recommend to anyone
