Dreams - Wolverhampton

I initially went in the store tr look at some items that I had looked at online and also to look at some possible alternatives. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the store, and was passed to Aman who was excellent in all aspects. He was friendly, professional and could answer all the questions that I had (which were many). He was happy to show me a number of different products but at no point did I feel under pressure to purchase anything - he recognised that I was at that point simply looking at my options. I did in fact return later that day after doing some more online research to make my purchase. Again I was given the time to make my final decision with no pressure. The actual ordering process was simple and all my options were clearly explained. All in all a plaesant experience and I would recommend the store to anyone.

The customer service adviser (Angelo) has dealt with myself and my wife a couple times now, we came in a couple times to have a look at the Tempur mattress range and each time Angelo came over and assisted us in helping choose a mattress, there wasn't a pushy sales pitch, he listened and advised accordingly, in fact he advised thinking about it if we wasn't in a rush. We did just that, we went to competitors to have a look at their range and prices, John Lewis provided excellent service as did Dreams but the deciding factor was the location of you store to us and also the price point, Dreams had the cheapest price point for the same mattress that others are doing and also they were providing 2 free pillows. Furthermore, after we had decided we wanted to go ahead and purchase I notified Angelo I would be ordering online as I could get 8.4% cashback on Quidco, Angelo said he would check with the manager to see what he could do price wise, to our surprise Angelo with the manager offered us a 9% discount not only matching but beating the cashback price online. Good staff and good customer service

Had a very pleasant experience today with dreams, staff were friendly and helpful, new what they were talking about, didn't push us into buying a product from them.

The main reason was the wide choice of mattresses on offer and the fact you could try them out. On top of that the Sleep Match bed is a great innovation. I was looking for a firm mattress but ended up realising a medium was best for me. The salesperson was also most polite and dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner. He also seemed to have a very good knowledge about mattresses.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. What I did like was they were not to pushy. When sales people are too pushy it puts me off. Being helpful is the main thing and they were.

The staff were all very professional and friendly. I felt I was treated very well and they were very kind in assisting my mother as well. Highly knowledgable and I didn’t feel rushed, even though the store was very busy.
