Dreams - Wolverhampton

Angelo was highly attentive from the moment we walked in with nothing being too much trouble. He personally showed us round the store to the beds that were a match for us and when we told him we were on a budget he knew exactly which beds were in our price range without having to check. He provided us with a lot of help, support and guidance and made the experience better. He is a massive credit to the Wolverhampton store and he shows the utmost care for your custoemrs.

Customer Service is not something we are good at in this country but the employee who dealt with us today was outstanding. Kodey was professional, had great product knowledge, has a really warm personality and is a credit to your organisation.

Today was very attentive and listed to our needs. Didn't try to sell us the highest price mattress. Polite and friendly.

We were greeted by Angelo when we entered the store. He took his time to listen to me and understood my reasons for purchasing a new mattress. Angelo took time to explain the different mattresses and took me to try every mattress that was suitable. He was sensitive and took time out while I discussed the price of the mattresses with my mum. Overall I was really happy with the range of mattresses and Angelo's customer service skills were excellent. He also explained to me delivery and my options if I was unhappy with the mattress. The assistant was Kodey who had a lot of knowledge about all the beds she soon had the answers to the questions we asked. She also had a lot of patience as we asked lots of questions

My visit today was great it made my decision to treat myself very easy I think it will be very beneficial to me
