The staff were extremely knowledgable and very helpful. They wete also very friendly and my mother in law and l had a lovely coffee. All in all a lovely experience.

The salesman was helpful and empathetic to my needs he devoted his time to me and allowed me to go back and forth between beds until I was totally sure of my choice. His product explanation and description was excellent

We went to the Dreams store in Bentley bridge and We were acknowledged on arrival by staff and one particular employee Vic made us feel relaxed and welcome. He was patient with us, answering a million questions we had, offering advice on the best products for us. He was very knowledgeable and understood our needs. The assistant was really good, knew her product, picked up really quickly the type of product and price we wanted to pay and wasn't pushing to sell.

When we entered the store we were greeted by Korey,with a smile and a pleasant tone. She was smartly presented and genuinely appeared to want to help us. She asked what we were looking for and once we said a mattress proceeded to explain the different types and explained about the sleepmatching machine. We had our sleep test, and then Korey explained the results and showed us the different options and allowed us to try them. We narrowed it down to 2 and retried both and finally decided. We were then taken to the desk offered a drink and the purchase and options were explained for us. We decided to take the extra insurance and bought some pillows. At no time did we feel pressured into any of this. Delivery was quicker than we expected which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great store, a fantastic member of staff with a pleasant personality and a great knowledge of the products.

Pav was very helpful and thorough during our visit. She provided all the information we needed in order for us to make the right decision for our needs. We did not feel pressured during our visit. We are very happy with her service.

Quick and helpful service. Assistant listened to my requirements and tailored options to suit. Assistant knew when to withdraw and allow time for my to make my choice. No hard sale.
