The store assistant was extremely helpful, she took the time to understand my needs and was overall a very nice person to speak to.

Upon entering the store a member of staff, Pav, approached me and helped me to the correct mattress for me. After using the sleep match, we went through the different types of mattresses setting with a fabulous new mattress. Pav is very knowledgeable, approachable and very helpful with this visit

When me and my partner first visited the wensfield store we were greeted and offered a drink which being heavily pregnant was great as we weren't rushed and were able to take our time. We were then directed to the machine which detects sustain pressure points while sleeping, my partner was able to see which mattresses would best suit him and found that it was helpful in looking for a mattress that suited us both. We were then guided around the store and shown different bases as well as all the different mattresses available to us. We were told about the different materials used in the beds and how long delivery usually takes. We also paid the extra for the insurance on both the base and mattress as having a toodler as well as another on the way it will come in handy. We were very pleased with the mattress protector that came with this purchase also. It was a great overall experience and we are super happy with our purchase and cannot wait for our new bed.

Pleasant and attentive staff, no pressure selling. Store was quiet and clean and we were allowed plenty of time to make a decision. The mattress analysis overhead monitor did not work but a series of recommendations was provided. My only complaint (not serious) is that I really do not like having to listen to the background music - I have tinnitus and the background noise sometimes makes it difficult to hear what people are saying.

The assistance gave sound advice based on my needs. Excellent customer service.
