The bed was for my son. Pav, the assistant, was extremely helpful. Different mattresses were shown to us that matched his reading on the machine. We felt under no pressure to purchase, which was fabulous! She talked about the different offers available and all the new technology that was available to purchase. We were also offered a drink!

The staff at Bentley bridge store Wednesfield were Fantastic so helpful . I can't fault the team . A cup of tea while we were shown the bed display . No pressure to purchase anything . The customer service was 100% the assistant was knowledgeable friendly but not pushy. We were offered a drink and made very welcome. We went in with the idea of just purchasing a bed frame and bought a mattress too due to the current offers in store

We were approached by Vic on the way in but he allowed us time to browse, whilst still being on hand to answer any queries. He recommended the Sleepmatch machine to identify the most appropriate mattresses and guided us through the differences. Considering he only started at Christmas he was very assured and made every effort to help in any way he could, even including pillow differences.
