Good selection of mattresses, very helpful staff and pleasant environment. No pressure to purchase and plenty of time given to decide.

This is the second time I have purchased a new King Size mattress from Dreams in the last sixteen years and in the intervening period, although the staff has changed, the level of product knowledge and exceptional customer service has been maintained.

The reason why I have given highly satisfied because the staff were really polite and wasn't pushy when we were looking round and when we were ready to order it was very professional.

From entering Dreams at Bentley Bridge we were greeted by Angelo very nice man very professional in his job, should be more people like Angelo working in sales !! Angelo answered all our questions about the product with lots of knowledge, offered drinks nothing was a problem for him . We are very happy about our visit and can't wait for our new bed to be delivered. Keep up the good work Angelo 💯👍

Pav was extremely helpful with her knowledge and kindness, she offered us a drink which was very welcoming. Lovely lady. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come and see pav. She gave us time to think and did not pressure us at all. Which I loved.

I visited twice and on both occasions I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy at all which allowed me to relax decide what I wanted to buy.

Pav is nice, give us a good knowledge about beds and mattress good communication and give us a good service

Consultant was helpful and encouraged us to try different mattresses. Nothing was rushed and he took time to listen to and answer our questions .
