I visited Bentley bvridge store and was dealt with by "slim" I was looking to purchase a new pillow after repeatedly buying numerous pillows from various places so was looking for advice. Slim gave me a very balanced informative advice on the pillows and shared his own experience at the tempur pillow he currently owns. I was reluctant to spend £85 on a pillow but following slims advice I did. What a game changer. This pillow is awesome! I suffer with poor sleep anyway but this has helped me tremendously. We were served by Slim the Store Manager who was very helpful and generous with his time. His product knowledge was comprehensive and nothing was too much trouble. Even though I was spending money it was an enjoyable experience. His assistants were equally as pleasant and helpful, even had hot drinks provided.
